Nowell Bauer, Founder & Chief Friendship Fanatic
Forever Friendships Publishing began in 2003. Founder and Chief Friendship Fanatic, Nowell Bauer, left full-time corporate America to invest more intentionally in future generations. Determined for children to learn the techniques needed for proper conflict resolution and healthy, fulfilling relationships, Nowell created Friendship Fixer ... the program that teaches kids conflict resolution skills for life! Nowell's experience with adults through human resources, behavioral management, conflict resolution and employee relations roles, plus Heather's master teaching experience with elementary grades, combined to create the engaging, standards-based, multi-sensory lessons for the program. Nowell has been privileged to work alongside educators at all levels, both in private and public schools and churches to sharpen her skills. As a long-time school volunteer and during her time as a teacher’s aide, she has had a valuable bird's eye view into the world of effectively educating children. It is her life passion to equip educators with tools that teach children how to successfully and independently navigate their relationship conflicts, and impart lifelong skills. She thoroughly enjoys the added bonus of working with one of her sisters, Heather Russell.
